<p>Version 0.2.1 of <a href="http://pablotron.org/software/zipstream-php/">ZipStream-PHP</a> is out.  There is one change:</p>

<li>Generate correct "version needed to extract" header.  This fixes
extraction problems with WinZip 9.0.</li>
